Settlement

Har Homa is one of a number of settlements surrounding Bethlehem and leading to the contruction of the separation fence (pictured here) and wall around the town of Jesus' birth. The restrictions of movement have led to unemployment of 60% in the town.

Tall wall

EA Marte Haugland from Norway stands by the nine-meter high wall through Abu Dis, dividing that community in two. The wall will also separate parts of communities such as Abu Dis, Al-Izariyyeh and Sawahreh from Jerusalem.
